The last day Home

Just one day earlier he graduated from university and signed up for a position in the diplomatic mission of his country. Having been accepted Corporal gazes through the window of his home one last time before he leaves for a foreign land. With only his past experiences and the strength from the hardships he survived anxiety courses through his veins as he imagines his next adventures. Little does he know that the spirit of the island he lives on carefully watches his life unfold.
This was one of my earlier photoshop works. Again I have no tablet so a mousepad was used to color. I was aiming for a story book feel. All comments are greatly appreciated.
